You see what most people don’t realise is that we may want something and set a conscious plan of action around doing it, but it’s not our conscious mind that runs most of our life – it’s actually our subconscious mind – and if we hold beliefs in our subconscious mind that are counter to our conscious plans, well…. it’s an uphill struggle with no guarantee of getting to the end.

The problem is that most of us don’t know what beliefs are held in our subsconscious because be picked them up from an early age and we think that it’s “just us”.

Because these beliefs are in our subconscious (and therefore out of our conscious awareness!) we don’t realise the power they have in our lives.

You can’t over-ride your subconscious mind with conscious thoughts.

You can’t over-ride your subconscious mind with will power.

The thing about the subconscious mind is that it works “under the radar” so although we may want something consciously and we may say affirmations, create mood/intention boards etc our we don’t know what beliefs are being held in our subconscious and are unintentionally sabotaging our dreams. Normally the way to re-train the subconscious is through repetition – ALOT OF REPETITION, but this takes time, stamina and dedication (and you may hold unhelpful beliefs around this too!).

But not any more!  I learnt a process PSYCH-K which helps to change beliefs quickly. But then the more I worked with clients, I realised that there was an even EASIER WAY! Just add high vibration energy and you have access and the ability to change beliefs effortlessly in minutes!
